1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the facilities or services of LAUNDRY SERVICES OF FLORIDA, INC (owned by Ciro Poma), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

We provide self-service laundry, Wash & Fold (drop-off), and commercial laundry services at 800 Robinson Avenue, Kissimmee, FL 34741.

3. Lost & Damaged Items Policy

• Customers are responsible for removing their items promptly after the cycle completes.
• LAUNDRY SERVICES OF FLORIDA, INC is not liable for items left in machines. Items left for more than 1 hour will be moved to a lost-and-found basket.
• Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded after 30 days.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, tissues).

4. Safety Rules

• No smoking or vaping inside the facility.
• Do not wash items contaminated with flammable or hazardous materials.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, LAUNDRY SERVICES OF FLORIDA, INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities or services.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Osceola County, Florida.
